Our product and solution, BusinessEZ, is the business management system software specially designed for small, family-based and self-employed businesses. BusinessEZ assists small business owners, managers and staff to manage daily business operation tasks and data.



Integrated back-office management functions
BusinessEZ has essential business functions for business management. BusinessEZ's integrated business management functions are necessary for every small business. The software is an office back-end management tool, covering the most often involved business areas of a company, such as employees, products, external contacts, internal and external facilities, property (assets), financial accounts, petty cash, sales orders, order and other income reception, payments, expenses, and business reports. Because these interconnected functions are integrated in one system, data entry, change, and completion in one business area, users do not have to make redundant data entry or change in other related business areas.




Pre-customized and zero configuration required
Using BusinessEZ to manage a business operation, users do not have to spend much time and money to learn and maintain the system. BusinessEZ has a compact and pre-configured system environment for both small business users who do not have business management experience, and experienced professionals. After installed BusinessEZ, besides necessary data entry, users do not need to configure or set up additional settings in the system. For example, users do not need to set up a "company file" and "chart of accounts" that are rarely used by most small businesses or company. Even users without accounting experiences can quickly get started with bookkeeping functions in BusinessEZ. The interface of BusinessEZ is quite different from other spreadsheet style software. BusinessEZ is the information dashboards of a business. For example, within a customer order, an order income reception transaction, and a banking transaction, user just uses the information dashboard to input, edit data and view the status of these relevant transactions. Reversible transactions
In the BusinessEZ system, if an input error needs to be corrected after a transaction completed, the transaction could be easily reversed. The reversing changes of the transaction will not affect the data consistency and integrity in the system. In addition, BusinessEZ also has functions and processes to prevent unnecessary changes and input errors of data entry.





Only pay once
Unlike subscribing a software service, BusinessEZ is a desktop application. The software's licensed copy and all inputted data are stored on a company's personal computer. It is the business property owned by the business. A customer only need to pay once for having a licensed copy of a version of BusinessEZ.
